I'm so happy you're here. Finding a new stylist can feel overwhelming, but I'm here to put your mind at ease. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you feel heard and cared for.
I believe hairstyling can be therapeutic, and I always strive to be fully present, listen to your needs, and provide honest guidance. If you ever have questions or concerns, just ask- I want you to feel confident in your experience.
While I strive to provide the best experience possible, I am also human. I know my strengths and limitations, so if I ever feel I can't give you 100% satisfaction with a service, I will always have full transparency with you.

Refreshments: Choose from soft drinks- including water, sparkling water, coffee, tea- as well as beer, wine, hard seltzer, and a selection of sweet and savory snacks.
Ultimate Relaxation: Unwind in our dark, calming shampoo room enhanced with hot towels and soothing aromatherapy.
Stay Connected: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for your convenience.
What Not to Wear on Your Appointment Day
Expensive or delicate clothing: I want you to relax without worrying about damaging your favorite outfit.
White clothes: To prevent any unwanted stains.
Hoodies, turtlenecks, or collared shirts: These can get in the way of your treatment.
Big earrings: They may be uncomfortable during your appointment.
Dirty or wet hair: For optimal results, please wash your hair the day before your appointment. I use a natural line of products that are gentle on your hair and scalp, so minimizing residue helps ensure the best outcome.
Don't worry if you have plans after your appointment- smocks are available if needed to help protect your clothing.
The Need-to-Know Before You Glow
Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If cancellations are made with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged. To uphold this policy, a credit card is required to secure appointments, though you won't be charged until your service is completed. Each client is allowed one free last-minute cancellation per year for emergencies or unexpected situations. Late cancellations prevent me from offering that time to another client. Thank you for your understanding and respecting this policy.
Client Satisfaction
If you're not fully satisfied with your service, please reach out, and I'll be happy to make adjustments. I'll work with you during a follow -up appointment, free of charge, to ensure the results meet your expectations. Please contact me within 7 days of your appointment to qualify for this service. If what you're looking for is a completely new look, we'll need to book a new service at the full price.
Return Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. To receive a full refund, the products must be unused. If product has been used but is still more than 3/4 full, it can be returned for a credit of the amount within 14 days of purchase.
